1. INTRODUCTION
The Sembrancher.com website is an e-commerce platform operated by the Société d’Exploitation des Eaux Minérales de SEMBRANCHER (SEEMS SA), with its registered office at Route du Grand-Saint-Bernard 82, 1933 Sembrancher, CH. Its purpose is to enable the distribution of various beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) as well as yeast-based food products and other related items to consumers.
2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the technical, legal, and financial conditions under which SEEMS delivers the Order to its consumer customers in exchange for the payment of the price mentioned in the Order Confirmation.
3. DEFINITIONS
Buyer: Internet user placing an Order on the Website.
Order: Set of Products that the Buyer wishes to order on the Website.
Order Confirmation: Document summarizing the essential information of the Order sent by SEEMS to the Buyer as soon as possible after receiving the Order.
Internet user: any person who connects to the Website to become aware of the offered Products, potentially a Buyer.
Cart: Products selected by the Buyer for the purpose of the Order.

4. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS
The contractual documents, in descending order of priority, are:

– The Order Confirmation;
– The Order.
In case of contradiction between two documents of different ranks, the provisions contained in the higher-ranked document shall prevail to resolve the conflict of interpretation. Unless expressly agreed otherwise between the Parties, all other documents, including those emanating from the Buyer, are excluded from the contractual documents.
5. EFFECTIVE DATE – DURATION
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the Order are those online on the date of the Order and remain in effect for the entire duration necessary for its execution. SEEMS reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time, which the Buyer accepts.
6. ORDER
6.1. ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders are placed directly on the Website by the Buyer. The Buyer wishing to place an Order must follow the following procedure:
– Product Selection: The Buyer selects the Product(s) they wish to order through the corresponding thumbnails and adds them to their Cart. The Buyer familiarizes themselves with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the Order and their consumer status.
– Cart Review: The Buyer checks the content of their Cart, the total price, and validates it by clicking the corresponding button. The Buyer selects their payment method and, if necessary, provides the information necessary to use the payment method. Until this final validation, the Buyer has the option to return to the previous pages and correct and/or modify their Order and/or the previously provided information.
